Our Terms & Conditions.
Website operator: Isaac McGuire trading as Studio Twenty Three.
Last updated: 31 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms cover use of the Studio Twenty Three website, including its enquiry and contributor-release facilities. Contact us at hello@studio23productions.co.uk. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information; it is not an agreement to waive your data-protection rights.
2. Using the website
You may browse and share links to our public pages for lawful purposes. Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or attempt to access restricted pages or other people's information. Keep any account credentials private.
3. Our work and intellectual property
Films, photographs, text, logos and designs belong to Studio Twenty Three or their respective rights holders. You may view our public content for personal use and use material where the law permits. Other reproduction, commercial use or adaptation requires the relevant rights holder's permission. Linking to a public page does not grant rights in its content or imply our endorsement.
4. Enquiries and production services
An enquiry, story suggestion or form submission does not confirm a booking, guarantee selection or create a production commission. We confirm the scope, price, schedule, deliverables, usage rights and cancellation arrangements in a separate agreement before accepting paid work. These website terms do not replace an agreed production contract or reduce any consumer rights.
5. Contributor releases and submitted material
A contributor release applies only to the project and uses described in that release. Please read it before agreeing and ask us if anything is unclear. Participation is voluntary. Website use alone does not give us permission to publish your interview, image or personal story. Do not submit confidential information about another person, or material you do not have permission to share. We may decline or remove inappropriate submissions.
6. Availability, information and external links
We aim to keep information accurate but may update content or interrupt access for maintenance or security. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. External websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy notices; a link is not an endorsement. Mental-health films and awareness content are general information, not personalised medical advice or an emergency-support service.
7. Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, we remain responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude that responsibility through a general 'as is' disclaimer.
8. Privacy and cookies
See our Privacy Policy for the information we collect, our purposes and lawful bases, retention and your rights. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing, optional cookies or disclosure of sensitive information. Where consent is required, we request it separately.
9. Changes and concerns
We may update these website terms prospectively and show the revised date above. Updates do not retrospectively change an existing production agreement or contributor release. Contact hello@studio23productions.co.uk if you have a concern, accessibility request or complaint.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
